I recently came across a set of 0.999 fine silver restrikes made in various sizes by the Casa de Moneda. Any idea what the mintage numbers on these where?

I was also wondering, where any of these produced in copper-nickel or other compositions?

I haven't found these mentioned at all in my Krause catalog - perhaps I'm a bit confused. I thought Casa de Moneda was the official Mexican mint?

These are indeed official pieces. They are listed in the Krause "Unusual World Coins" book. There are also gold versions that were made in 1988, but these were modeled after 1732 escudo denominations instead of various reales. They were not made in any other metals.

Mintage is not listed, but I assume it's fairly low. The book values are several times higher than silver bullion value at the time the latest edition was published. i.e, the onza is listed at $65 with silver at around $13 per ounce.
