Why are you saying MS63? I think maybe it's a bit higher. Try taking better pics of it. It's difficult to tell.

 

If it's in a 2x2 you may have to remove it from that 2x2 to get a decent pic of it.

 

Yes, I would agree with Kasia. It would grade higher than MS63.
