Usually jail/inmate records are publicly accessible, if you know the state or even country they lived in, that might help you search. A google search doesn't find anything for me, there's over 25 Paul Simonetti's in the U.S. since I haven't heard of these guys.
Simonetti is from Texas, I think it was a case of underage shenanigans. He used to say he was able to go from zero to a million in inventory in a year. The Sunshine guy ripped off too many people, took coins on memo and then had amnesia about the deals. Eventually the cops got him.
