At first glance I thought it was just a pmd but I figured I'd see what everybody else thought. It has a small bump on the reverse but it's not lined up with the 2 raised up bumps on the obverse. Also the design is on top of the bumps as well so it's not some extra material. ie. Somebody with sauder or something.
Yup, likely saw fire (air bubbles caused the bumps when the coin started cooling after the fire), especially since it looks charred itself.
