Littleton has a program but only use them if you like to pay outrageous prices where you can spend half as much elsewhere. I think the best program is to just get an album you need to fill and fill it out as you go, when time permits, etc. You can create the best program by picking out the ones you actually want, not some company sending you on your behalf.
If you're looking for an software program that can organize your collection, there are a number of them out there, though I have never used any of them. I made my own MS Excel Spreadsheet to manage my collection.
Hmm, perhaps they were looking for software. I read the title and the question as for an actual collecting of coin program, where you're sent coins to examine to keep and buy if you like them.
There are a handful of software programs out there. Ive migrated my collection data over to PCCS... http://www.coincollectingsoft.com I recommend trying a few different ones (google "coin software" or "coin collecting software") and try them out.
