I got up this morning and on my desk was a shiny "silver" penny. I have a nice steel penny laying around here and thought it was that penny. It was a 1984, as silver and as shiny as a dipped Morgan. I thought I had something!!! I was going to post it here. I got my camera, set up things, and was getting ready to take pics. My 11 year old daughter and my 9 year old grandson (who spent the night last night), came over to see what I was doing. They started laughing. Last night they were bored and painted that penny with silver nail polish.:eek::eek::eek::eek:
