    This will be easy for some of you in here. Please help me identify this coin. My eyes hurt. I am thinking this is Lucius verus or somewhere around there.

    Looks like a Commodus Alexandrian Tetradrachm.

    The portrait does look like Commodus. That's a really nice coin.
