Hey folks, I just have a quick question. I got this series 1934-B $10 bill from the bank the other day, and noticed that the serial number is off. I'm guessing that it doesn't increase the value at all, but I wanted to ask, just to make sure. Thanks!
That's a cool bank find! I rarely come across any types of old notes, usually 90s is the oldest though my wife got a 1970s $100 note from Wal-mart last month.
Totally different series lettow. OP's note is a series 1934-B while that is a series 1928-B. If I were to classify it, it'd be the first. But this is irrelevant.
@cookie: There'll be no premium if you are only sharing a corner of one side of the note. You know the drill, we need to see scans of both sides of the note. Even then it's only an estimate at best.
