Well I finally got one !! Been searching for this note for sometime !!

I have been chasing one of these down for quite sometime at a affordable price . Sad thing is they just sold to someone else so there is going to be no more Citizens National Bank of Paris , IL .

I'm trying to get one of the Plaques off of the front of the building , also hunting for a postcard picture of this bank .

Corgrats on the note! I hope you are able to get one of the wall plaques. You should talk to the bank manager and see if there is anything else that has the bank name on it that might be of interest. You never know what they might be willing to give you instead of seeing the new owner come in and toss it.

 

That's a great note, hard to find. It looks to be in great shape.

I agree with the idea of approaching the bank manager(s) to see what if anything they may have available, you never know what they may have in storage too.
