Hi all, new to the site and looking for some wisdom. I found this nickel and have been looking on the web for info on it and I can’t find any. Does anyone know of a site or have any info on this 1964 US Nickel. Thanks in advance

looks like a clashed die with a penny but i'm no expert at all on error coins but it doesn't take a genius to read one cent

Looks like someone used a press on this one.
I'm not and expert so you will have to wait on them.

Press job. A die clash wouldn't appear on the devices.

This is called a hammer / squeeze job where someone put a cent coin on top of the reverse side of the nickel and smashed or squeezed them together. notice the damage on the obverse side of the nickel , this is what happens to the other side of the coin when they are damaged like this.
