I have the chance to buy a 1993-D MS68RD PCGS graded penny for $60. I saw one on ebay where they are asking $100. Is $60 a good deal? I only have a few hours to decide to quick responses are best. Thanks

What sellers are asking for such coins means virtually nothing. What counts, is what others have actually sold for. Check that out thoroughly and don't be in a hurry, or you are likely to make a bad purchase. In fact, buying a coin, mostly or entirely because it seems like a good deal, is a great way to end up with coins which are either bad deals or aren't very desirable.
That is a decent price for that coin in a PCGS slab with only 5 finer, but I do not think you need to rush. Mark's advice is spot on. TC
