What is this coin?

I am usually not into coins all that much but I have found a coin, don't even know where it came from but I know it is not from the USA and has 1913 on the coin.

Other than that I don't know a thing about it.



Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Your photos are too blurry for me to see much detail but the writing appears to be Cyrillic. So the coin could be Russian or from some other country that uses the Cyrillic alphabet.

 

I don't think I can get a better picture but I will try. Any idea of worth. One side of it says 1913 under that 10 whatever it was.

 

Why would you get a better picture if you have already been answered?

 

Value is $1 for XF, $2.50 for UNC.
