I looked on eBay for USDA Food Stamps and found very few. Is there a guide to the different Food Stamp issues? TIA
Tom Conklin and Rocky Rockholt wrote a book on them in about 2003. It was self published with a limited run of 100. An update is in the works. The reason you find so few on Ebay is that Ebay prohibits the listing of USDA Food Coupons. This topic was discussed recently on these boards. Until June 2009 it was illegal for those not on the program to even possess them. The prohibition against possession by those not on the program and the sale of paper USDA Food Coupons has been lifted. Despite the efforts of a number of people, Ebay has thus far refused to change their policy.
