Hi, I no longer have my older version of Krause, I lent it to a friend, never got it back, friend moved away, and I doubt I will ever see my copy of that book again :( So, untill I buy a new one, I was hoping some of you bright fellas on here could help me with the mintages of some of my newest 'World Coins' Most of which I actually found in the 25cent/5coins for a dollar bin, and paid .20cents each! Which would amaze you all much more if I had pics of them all, I will try to post some of the pics of the nicer ones when I get a chance, I am just looking for Mintage Numbers right now if possible..... any help would be helpful if anyone doesn't mind looking these up for me in their Krause book.

Okay, I will list them with numbers next to each one to make it easy to reply to with mintages for those who know or care to help :)

    #01 - Finland - 5 Pennia - 1888 - Alexander III.
    #02 - Canada - 1882 H - Large Cent, Queen Victoria.
    #03 - Straits Settlements - 1884 - One Cent, Queen Victoria.
#04 - Switzerland - 1884 - 10 Rappen. (This coin is in AU/Unc condition, the prices listed in Krause for EF, and Unc would also be very helpful for me on this coin, if anyone has them)

    #05 - Peru - Silver Half Dinero - 1890 T.F.
    #06 - Republica Mexicana (Mexico) - 1896 Mo B = Mexico City Mint, B. Silver Diez (10) Centavos
#07 - Republica Mexicana (Mexico) - 1892 Mexico City Mint - Bronze Un (one) Centavo.
#08 - Republica Mexicana (Mexico) - 1893 Mexico City Mint - Bronze Un (one) Centavo.

These Next ones are all from Italy, and very interesting to me, I paid only .20 cents for each one, and some are at least VF+, and I am just wondering if any are rare mints or low mintages. I know very little of Italian coins of this time period, but I am sure some folks on here know plenty and can help me out....

#09 - Italy, Umberto I - 1 centesimo - 1895 Looks like an 'R' Mintmark for 'Roma' but could be a 'B', I don't know enough about Italian Mints to know where they were located at this period in time..... Probably an 'R'.... anyone able to confirm that?

    #10 - Italy, Vittorio Emanuele II - 2 Centesimi - 1861 M (Is the 'M' a mintmark for Milan ?)
    #11 - Italy, Vittorio Emanuele II - 10 Centesimi - 1867 - H
    #12 - Italy, Vittorio Emanuele II - 10 Centesimi - 1867 - H (question: what is the 'H' Mintmark for?)
    #13 - Italy, Umberto I - 10 Centesimi - 1894 R

I also purchased a VF+ Italy 1908 R - 1 centesimo of Vittorio Emanuele III. I have the info for that one as I still have my 1901 - 2001 Krause book.... quite a nice coin, and a great little specimen for just .20 cents too!

This last one was also a .20 cent bin purchase and is fairly heavily worn around the edges, but has a clear date and denomination, as well as a pretty nice eagle, I don't know if anyone will know anything about this one or if it is even listed in Krause, remember though, any and all info is helpful and appreciated... thanks.

    #15 - Poland - Silver/Billon 10 Groszy - 1830 - Weight: 2.9 - 3.0 Grams, 21mm

Again, I will work on getting some pictures up soon... I need the info and mintages and stuff to write on the envelopes I want to save them in, then I will take photos before putting some of them into my rifle safe.

You can go to www.numismaster.com and look up anything you could find in Krause. You can't see the values, but you can see the mintage numbers ;)

The 10 groszy is low mintage and is worth around $100 in xf or more if its in better condition.

    Gracias - New Emperor Vespasian (69 - 79 A D) Syrian Tet

Heh, well I paid .20 cents US for the Polish 10 Groszy, so no big loss there :) and I am well versed with the mintmarks of coins struck in GB, but thank you. I spent alot of time collecting British Commonwealth coinage, in fact after starting with US and Mexican coins( I live in Arizona, near the border with Mexico) I went to collecting world coins and I favored British Commonwealth, earlier the better, especially the Straits Settlements and East India Co. Coins. Since then I have collected from all over, mostly, as I said, British Commonwealth, Russia, Asia, South and Central America etc.... untill I came to Roman Silver coins, bronze too, but that is my main focus now.

I appreciate your help shantheman and the links from everyone else... I will check them out.... Gracias.
