So I went to the convention today to see how the show was. There was a lot of Ancient coins, too bad I was still not experienced enough to pick out a few. And of course there were a lot of gold and silver coins that looked really pretty. Overall I did enjoy the show and I made a tiny pickup with some really tiny coins.

Wanted to buy more stuff but there was just too many things I was not familiar with. The last thing I wanted to do was to buy something I didn't know and finding out later that it was nothing special.

Cool coins man. You are so lucky you live near this great show. I bet those Curacao pieces are scarce!

Thanks, Curacao coins are not really rare. Its a part of Nederland and they have minted quite a bit of silver coins. These are tiny and measure only 15 mm. They are fun and cheap to collect. I got them for about 50 cents each.
