I'm almost certain they are not true errors but its still fun to the kids and me.

 

the texas quarter looks liike aa die chip and the dime looks like mdd but still fun to look at and learn from

I've seen that die break on the panhandle of Texas before. It was one of the weak spots where the field dropped off into the device of the die. Die breaks were pretty common on the SQ's. Since you and the kids have fun finding things like this, you might want to check out CA, GA & UT SQ's because they had a lot of breaks & cracks on them.

I'm not sure about the doubling on Washington's profile, but it looks like it might be machine doubling.
