Am I seeing things or is this Franklin a DDO?

    Doing my daily Franklin scans. Ran into this one. Is this a shakey hands camera thing, or is that hairline ddo?

    The pics are too small to tell anything about the coin other than it's a 61 Proof. Could you possibly get closer on the devices?

    The auction says they use a scanner, if true it can't be shaky hands, unless they were shaking the scanner ;)
