I am trying to figure out what the M19 means on this bill and if anyone can tell me whats its worth, I cant find this bill anywhere. any information will be great. as you can see this bill also has a face inlaid in the white oval on the left side front, right side back.
It is just a security code used by their central bank. Many foreign notes use security codes like that, they have a formula for how the code changes and the code plus the serial number plus the signature combination give them a way of checking for fakes
