I only get the silver ATB quarter set. That's out next week.

I get this set for the silver kennedy and dime, plus the 5 silver ATB's that come with it.

  5. I believe that the 2012 silver quarters only proof set comes out today and not the full 2012 silver proof set. I do not think the mint has published when the full 2012 silver proof set will be released. TC

If I am not mistaken, the release listing on the US Mint website says the silver QUARTER proof mint set is coming out today. When it does come out, I will be buying the silver proof set though.

I think you're looking at 2011 dates. And yeah, looks like I get the silver quarters today.

    I think you're looking at 2011 and not 2012 :)

edit: nevermind...Copper Head beat me to it :)

  11. I wish the mint would update their website. Who cares about the 2011 product schedule? TC

/doh, how could i miss the year. My apologizes.

I just got an email from the U.S. Mint, $42 for the 5 piece silver proof set..anyone think that is a good deal?

Unless the only coins you want is the quarters then I would wait. Considering they have them in the entire set when released.

I guess it is since I started to collect them and will finish now. Plus the extra $25 or so for the whole set seems a little high to me. Very little additional silver.

Totally agreed. They did a nice job of updating the cosmetics of the website, but they need to have someone keep the information current as well. Seems like a good sign of management issues.

  17. Probably not, but I already started collecting the ATB Silver Proof Set, so it's coming here regardless.

Anyone have a clue what the Silver Proof Set might go for this year? I'd like to think it would be less than last years, as silver prices have receded a bit. But, then again I have been a U.S. Mint customer for a while and do not think that is very likely.

    Highly flawed 2012 ATB Silver

I got three sets from the mint, and four off EBAY. The mirrored surfaces had bumps, inexplicable. And the frosted areas bled onto the mirrored areas. I will be sending mine back until I get some 70's. And I will take all year to do it, I am so sick of their crap mailings. Wait'll you get yours, folks. I told you so.
