Beautiful day. Any Metal Detectors/Coin Shooters ?? Post Results!!

It has been a while since I have found anything need in the ground. A lady from the Coin Club gave me some clues on where to go for some pre 64 Silver. I plan on taking a trip over the weekend. Any advice? Post results if you have found anything. :smile

Unfortunately I've only found common 65+ pocket change. Only been at it for a year though.

 

Only been metal detecting 3 times, and same results as Fall Guy. About $5 found in change, but one wheat. Sounds like a good deal for a free $500 machine

 

I am meeting with a lady and her husband from the local coin club tommorrow morning. She is the metal detecting guru. 25 cool points.

 

I got a new metal detector for christmas im goning to start in march or april.

 

These metal detecting people are unbelievably dedicated. I was tired after 2 hours. They have Garett high end metal detectors that tell you if it is a coin, Jewelry, or trash. I can see the motivation to scan the entire day. What a blast. Found 2 wheat pennys, and 2 modern quarters.
