My friend found this on the beach today and I'm trying to help him identify it. Does anyone have any idea what it might be? It's obviously quite old but what exactly is it? thanks

The Reverse looks like a Canada Large Cent. They were made of Bronze.

It's a French colonies coin of the 1825 to 1830 type, probably a 5 cent. They were made in bronze, but often have a yellow color to them.

It's a 5-cents coin of Charles X de Bourbon. French Colonies (Martinique, Guadelupe etc.).
