2000 New Hampshire State Quarter

    I'm new to the coin world, but the other day I was looking through my change and found the attached 2000 New Hampshire state quarter. I took it to a friend of mine that collects coins and he said it looks like a grease filled die. It has some visable defects to the edges of the it and was wanting to get other opinions on what it may be and what it may be worth.
