Help with Peace Dollar grading

I am getting pretty good with grading Morgan's but with Peace dollars, I am having some difficulty. For example, how would you grade this peace dollar and why? I did my best to take good pics. Let me know if they prevent an accurate grading and I will try to do better. The 2nd pic shows better details, but the lighting isn't great. Thanks in advance!

XF40, IMO. Looks fairly original. Though, I'm not too sure if the rim dings at 2-3 o' clock would pass with a TPG. I'd have to see the coin in hand.
