Frosty 1962 Cameo Franklin

    A pre-1965 proof set has 0.61487 oz of silver in it. Since silver is at $12.77, that puts the silver value at $7.85:cool:

    hmmm, you misunderstood me. I was saying the set had as much silver value as the price he paid. Back when this post was written silver was at 10x FV so a set with a half, quarter and dime of silver it would have $8.50 in melt.
