65 quarter missing clad portion?

    hard to capture the correct color with the micro capture, but in hand it looks to have much more contrast/definition between the two areas. What are your thoughts?

    It looks like environmental damage to me. Maybe it spent some time underwater?

    Could be. I saved it from circulation & it does have some light pitting.
