From my understanding a fingerprint will only keep an uncirculated (no wear) coin from being graded MS67 or above.
I get the feeling the red-balance is off quite a bit on this coin. Also, it's hard for me to tell if the streaks on the reverse are abrasions or simply toning in that pattern? Try some direct lighting and adjust your White Balance a little? I was at a loss on this one, so I guessed in the middle.
Fingerprints are so common on MS coins that it is beyond common. My comments had nothing to do with the fingerprint. They had to do with all the fine lines across the reverse from that coin either being wiped or drug across something covering it with fine scratches. The coin is damaged, it should never have been put in a regular slab.

My own commentary was that in theory an uncirculated coin shouldn't have fingerprints. (Maybe its on the lens or slab). I wouldn't buy and MS coin with fingerprints. The scratches are also not good at all and worse than the fingerprint
I agree with Doug on this one. PCGS Genuine, lower MS details. If I had to I would go MS-62 (No FBL).
Well, considering the OP didn't supply us with a "Gen-Details" option in this poll, and unless the OP is pullin' a fast one, it's quite simple to conclude that the coin did infact make it into a PCGS holder with a numerical grade. -Brian
Question - can you "clean" a slab holder with a cloth so it doesn't scratch the slab? If so - what do you use that's safe?
I've taken some more pics. This set is not comprehensive in showing the coin, as the pics are from my dinolite and the lights are interfering with the pics. If I turn those lights off, and use others it shows too warm. I will have other pics too, from my normal digital camera when I get them cropped.
Those are some pretty brutal scratches on the Reverse. They looked like a toning pattern in the original photo.
From the original pict I was a 64FBL by PCGS but no FBL if NGC From the latest pict I'd say 65 NO FBL
Ok here's some more. It's really difficult for me to photograph this one. The reverse, especially, is hard to capture. You can see the silver beneath toning which is somewhat reddish in tone (not as dark as the "red" pic below).
Sorry - I was at a dog show yesterday watching my Hailey not win. Am tuckered out and still in bed - typing on my smart phone. Will be up shortly to get to my 'puter and post pic of the grade. My beauty sleep comes first.
