Sadly no. My wife and I are expecting child number 2 and I got the "your gonna be in the doghouse if you leave me here for 5 days while I'm pregnant and having to chase a 2 year old" look when I said something about going.
Wow ! This really makes my mouth water. What a beautiful coin. What did this one grade at ? Such sharp details front & back and great color should be the high end of the scale IMO.
Not to derail Matt's thread. This is about his spectacular quarter. I was struck by the resemblance to mine so I thought I'd share it. It was the photography contest coin last year, over at the NGC forum. I fell in love with it and was shocked the owner let it go for $350. It was in an old ANACS holder graded PF60. I knew it was better than that so I crossed it to PCGS and it was given PR61. I think it's still undergraded but whatever. I have no plans to sell it. Lance.
Too many hairlines on that '92 to go higher, IMO. FWIW, these proof coins, at or below 65, are graded almost entirely on the amount of hairlines. You can find some very attractively toned coins in these grades, but they tend to be hairlined under the toning. IMO of course. ...Mike p.s. Here's my example: PCGS PR 64 CAC
