Lincoln has a duck tail !

    Searching through some coins and came across this 1995. Notice the hair in the back by his neck!

    Very interesting, I've never seen this before. Aren't those called rat tails though, when it's hair coming out the back like that? ;)

    This may be a bubble under the copper plating or it is a small die gouge. I found a cent coin a few says ago and I believe it may be a 1995 D cent that has a fairely large raised up place that looks like a horn coming out of Lincoln's forehead. I can put a photo of it on here later on this evening if someone would like to see it.

    i have him with a dread lock. 1984 die crack - cud (dread lock) 2.jpg Bubble under plating.

    Anyone ever consult with someone on Coneca's site to confirm the legitimacy of some of their errors? It would seem like they hear about everything.

    Some are die gouges and some are plate separation/bubbles. My coin is a 1958D
