1989 Lincoln Cent error. I am asking again what this is?

    The cent has cracks all the way around the inside of the rim. Its a cool coin but what cau 11121222133751208435.jpg 11121222140151232553.jpg 11121222144251273940.jpg 11121222180551477116.jpg 11121222183251503901.jpg ses it.

    those are not die cracks, they are cracks in the plating,
    plus strike doubling

    Thanks. I have found several like this. In 1982, 84, 89, 90 and 91. Is this common?
