Is this Chinese coin a fake?

First off, you have a seller in Florida who can't spell charging $8 for shipping. And something about the surface of the coin looks off to me. So I wanted to see what those who know more think.

well is got it listed xf/au details ??? an it look to be cleaned. but you may be right about this one!!!

PS: This seller is a habitual offender.

 

Thanks for the confirmation. I don't know a lot about counterfeits but even I can tell there's a lot suspicious going on with that. The surface looks bubbly and I know that is a sign.
