So, who has an interesting elongated coin? Post them here. This is an 1893 Columbian Expo on a 1890 V nickel. I bought this about 24 years ago and just ran across it again today.

I have a small collection of about 25 elongated pennies. It started when I was a kid and since then whenever I go somewhere and see one of those machines I get a coin out of it. I'll post some pictures later. That's defiantly the oldest one I've seen.

Minted in 1890, smashed in 1893. That is pretty cool. Imagine being alive in 1893 and pulling out a 3 year old V-Nickel out of your pocket.

You can still make out the full LIBERTY on it.

I have this one of Mt. Rushmore with only three heads on it stamped on a 1920 Lincoln cent. Probably made right at the monument back in the day.
