Actually it isn't a "fake". It's a novelty parody quarter that has had a new set of designs stuck over a genuine quarter. This side says head quarters, and the other side is a jab at Bill Clinton. I won't post an image because it isn't family friendly. If you google clinton quarter or clinton parody quarter you can find it.
Did anyone see that coin on Ebay a few days ago or it may still be there with the naked lady in the error coin section ? I bet Ebay will hang who ever did this. I sure would not try that....
