Not good pics, Mike, so can't tell. Get some pics straight on and crop them tight.

 

Sorry but it looks like a normal dime that is tarnished.

BTW, modern dimes are not "plated". They are clad which means they have three layers - two outer layers of copper-nickel and an inner core of copper.

 

ok , it should looks like cookie on the edge, but this one dos not looks like that on that spot
