I was very lucky and came across these while cleaning out a neighbors garage and she let me keep them knowing how much I enjoy coin collecting. Any ideas on values?

wow if she gave them to you, then as a couresty you may want to give some money to her.. the 2 1/2 Indian should be around $350ish (going off of Numismedia) and the 1 dollar is around $250 give or take..There are gold collectors that will give you a better idea then I can.

The one dollar definitely looks fake to me right around Liberty's nose, the whole reverse looks fake as well. The reverse on the $2.50 Indian looks fake as well. Maybe a few bucks, if they are really gold counterfeits they're worth much more though. Great finds for certain. Can't really tell you what they're worth. good luck!

they are definitely 100% real, I've already taken them to two coin dealers and had them verified, how do I go about getting them graded?

Send them in to PCGS then and have them graded. Actually you can also hand them over to your local coin shop and they can send them in for you, sometimes. Some coin dealers don't mess with it though. Send them in if you want. Did the people who verified they were real offer you some money, how much?

I wouldn't bother getting them graded. If you want to sell, sell them the the dealers that looked at them. Retail, the $1 is around $175 ,and the $2 1/2 is around $250 or so.

Any offers you get will be less than that I suspect.
