    Hello,
I just purchased this today and was wondering if any one could give me any info on the counter stamp or even on the coin. It weighs apx .43 of an ounce and is apx 1 & 3/8 inches across. I can see what I think is part of the date at the bottom of the counter stamp as 182? maybe 1822. Thanks in aadvance for any help.

Well, I think this is what it ios supposed to look like. I would say it is definatly a Brazilian silver piece. Probaly under the Brazilian emperor Peter. :)
