Grading Questions!??!?!?!!!!! Confusing

    Thanks, as I thought. Can't believe either NGC or NCS and their recommendation, although when I told NGC that I was keeping coin Raw, they were more than pleasant, even agreed. Now it's back in the safe. And, spot or no spot, it's a really beautiful coin.
