    This is a 1919 cent i came across a couple years ago. What do u think?

    The rim is raised really high on the obverse, not sure about the reverse. My instinct tells me that it's not a mint error.

    This is seen on this forum plenty of times. I think that it always turns out PMD. I can even fatham how that would happen from the mint.

    The reverse has been removed by some mechanical means.

    I miced the thickness of the cent and it came to .063 and i miced 5 other wheat cents and the thickness is .052 -.056.
