I've still never found a FEV. I'd love to get one off someone if they wanna sell one, preferably a MS example... I'll also trade some 40% for one. :)

I have close to 9 rolls of Roosies and almost 1 roll of Mercs. I logged a few dime searches in January of this year but stopped logging them.

When you get multiple skunk boxes in a row (sorry but it will happen), you'll appreciate finding a 90%er!!

I went to pick up my 2 boxes yesterday and the teller told me she had 6. Really? so I said I'd come back today to get the other 4. When I got there, she was doing something with the ATM and I said "this looks like a bad time" and she glared at me and said "yes, a really bad time." I was about to say "I'll come back later, when she disappeared behind the door. While she was gone, the manager came to me and told me they would no longer be ordered boxes for me.

After searching those 6 boxes tonight and finding only 1 40%er, I'm cool with that. I haven't found much of anything there in ages anyway.

So I'm looking forward to my 5 boxes coming tomorrow from the bank that's been pretty darn good over the last 6 months.

Sounds like you found your new dump bank  This happened to me and after dumping on them for a few weeks they were more than happy to start ordering for me again.

Nothing like turning a pickup bank into a dump bank. Eff you, TD.

Yesterday sucked, out of 8 boxes I got (Couldn't get two, the head teller wasn't around) 2 40%ers and 1 '52 Frankie... AU with dark toning, and some rainbow. Nice looking coin. Also got two dime boxes, both were skunks.

Today, got two dime boxes again, pulled 3 and 1 roosie from each, respectively. Did one box of nickels, got nothing but a bunch of BU's... sitting down to watch 24/7, then gonna do another box or two...

I would dump my coins there but the coin counter is impossibly slow and can't seem to handle halves.

Poor TD. I felt so bad for them tonight. I had $3000 worth of halves and their machine was only set to take 250 at a time. I promised them I wouldn't come back for awhile. Fortunately for me, I live in the middle of 6 banks and wouldn't you know, they're putting one in right down the street from me. So I can really spread the pain around.

dumped about $600 in quarters today, went across the street, and bought 2 boxes of dimes. finished one before work - 1x 1956 roosevelt. it was BAD, though - looks like someone hacked at the edge all the way around with a kitchen knife. All of the silver is still present (I believe), no chunks missing - but the cuts are all around the edge, maybe as deep as these letters in this font are tall on my screen. yuck. Still, better than a skunk.

gonna do the 2nd box tomorrow, then dump my remaining quarters and all the dimes probably friday. Maybe get a box of nickels or dimes to tide me over until saturday morning, when I will pick up my box of halves. REALLY looking forward to that :)

Out of curiosity - do your local banks do boxes of $500 or $1000 halves? Please chime in - mine does $1000 only, it seems.

boxes of halves are always $500 in my area.

I've searched halves and dimes. Do you have any luck with quarters if looking for silver? seems like with such heavy circulation finding a older quarter would be pretty rare.
