Yes, and look right above the nose and you can see an upside down "PL" from PLURIBUS, and in back of his neck you can see an oak leaf.
On the reverse, you can see Roosevelts whole outline.

 

i see that, but i think it's on the reverse form the olive branch to the torch and form the torch o the oak branch. not sure though

It's not a torch, it's a fasces.

 

The mercury dime has a fasces (bundle of sticks) on the reverse, the roosie has a torch.

New piece of history that i learned! i thought it was a hatchet. or is it a fasces that has a hatchet blade on it?
