I would say without being able to see them .. they would value at 150 to buy, but i would offer a 100 bill and see where that took me. They might counter and they might not but you would make money. Offer a low price like 100, sometimes it works. I got 30 proof sets from various years for a 100 bill the other day, didn't figure the guy would take it but he did so you never know.

 

Listen... I have an old Sony Mavica (available on eBay for about $20). A lousy camera (and ancient by today's standards), but it still takes a decent closeup. And if an old guy like me can do it, anyone can. Here's one of my toned Franklins:
