Hi and thanks for taking time to look at my post! I have a question about two world notes. I would like to know what country they are from and how much they are worth in USD. I got these two notes from a seller on ebay that gave them away as a bonus for buying his product. I personally think they are cool because I have never had a note with so many zeros on it . Thanks again for your help in advance!!
They are both from Yugoslavia. 500 Dinars, Pick 106 issued 1990 500,000 Dinara, Pick 119 issued 1993 (wow, talk about inflation!) Very nice designs, but as with anything, condition makes or breaks it, and that's probably why they were tossed in as a free gift. Value is less than a dollar each, but if they get you interested in Yugoslavian banknotes - priceless. Dave
Thanks guys for your help! To bad it isn't worth face value . But what a new converstion piece and how many people can say they have a note with 5 zeros on it? Though it isn't worth much, I still think its pertty cool . Thanks Again, Jimmbob82
If you want a note with a lot of zeros on it, find a One Hundred Trillion Dollars note from Zimbabwe.
Speaking of the former Yugoslavia, this is one of my favorite notes (how awesome is a Tesla coil discharging on the back!):
