Help Uploading Pictures-Speedy?

    Sorry, I know that this has been up many times before and I have searched and searched so that I would not need to post this, but how can I upload pics.
    I have a few from my scanner that are just under 100 KB and I have to know.
    I promise that this will be the last time I post this type of page.

    My pictures are coming out quite nicely-though I still think that I need to play around with I some more to get full, vibrant pictures that you all can truly appreciate.
