Yes and let him keep on listing it and listing it without ever selling it at such an outrageous price. One day, he might realize he's asking a bit too much.
Did you see his other items for auction/sale? I'd say he's well uninformed, looking for suckers to buy his overpriced stuff.
Look at this really cool error that was at the bottom of the page, wish I had the money for it . http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-DISCOVERY-ERROR-COIN-2011-D-SACAGAWEA-STRUCK-MAGNETIC-PLAN-MS-65-PCGS-/170742145847?_trksid=p4340.m1374&_trkparms=algo%3DPI.WATCH%26its%3DC%2BS%26itu%3DUCC%26otn%3D14%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D4779055339713455637#ht_2467wt_127

In a word.... YES! Amazing what people will do. My question, other than why waste the fees on ebay (do they still charge you based on your starting bid or BIN price?) is What did he insure the coin for when it went to and came from ANACS? Bet you it wasn't nearly the amount he's asking for.
"DATE ON THIS CONNECTICUT COIN HAS BEEN FORGOTTEN." Ooops! Bad day at the mint... Left the date in my other pants... Only brought the "9" with me...
The description says "bid what you think it is worth". Well, I think it's cool, but worth less than $9000 by a LONG shot....so I surmise this guy will get zero bids. LOL As for the OP linked coin, I surmise the guy meant to list it for $95 starting price? That or he's a complete whack-job.
