I learned along time ago never to say never....I never thought I would own a 1909-S VDB or a 1950 PF66 Franklin....but both are in my collection.

There are coins that are far away from being in my collection right now----and it might be yeras or maybe never but maybe if I keep on saving I can get that 1913 V Nickel yet :D :D :D J/K

Anyway....I really don't know of any coins that I'm longing after that someday I can't get.
I've never really wanted a 1894S Dime or a 1933 $20 Gold piece....sure they would be nice but since they are worth so much I would almost never get to look at them so I see no point.

Mine would be a Seated Half dollar in PF-65 Cameo.

I've got 10 complete sets of Lincoln Cents. HOWEVER, when I say complete I mean the actual for real coins and not necessarily the odd balls that have a slot in the Whitman Folders. I do have 4 of the 22's with out the D, 2 of the 55DD's and 5 of the 72DD's. All 10 sets have the 95DD's. My dream would be to find an album that has only the actual, for real, no error type coins so all my sets would be complete. Same with the stupid 42/41 Merc dimes, 3 legged Buffalo Nickel and all the rest of the impossible to ever find coins. If a company would make such albums they would drive Whitman, Dansco, etc out of buisness.

Must be newer Whitman folders than I have... mine doesn't have any of the errors or other oddities in the cent folders. The only rare "varieties" it has are the VDB/ no VDBs in 1909, small and large dates for 1960 and 1970, and the 7 varieties of 1982. This at least makes it reasonable fillable. My folders are about 20 years old... they date back to when I first got into coin collecting. So far I have everything from 1932 to the present, except for the 1970 S small date and 2006 Philadelphia, with just a few holes for the rarer ones from 1909 to 1931.
