    The top one is a 1970 (Republic Year 59) Taiwan Yuan, Y536 cu-ni-zn.

    Even though at 48.8-million it is the second smallest mintage of the 1960-80 series, it's a 3-5 for a dollar junk bowl item to most US dealers.

    Other than agreeing that it is obviously Islamic, I can't tell you anything about the other one.
