I recently received my 1995W Silver Eagle and, under the Heritage Auctions label, I found this label 95W Eagle0001.jpg on the reverse over the standard PCGS label.
I have no idea who put it there or why.
Can anyone identify it and tell me what it means?
Thanks for all of your help.

I assume it is on the outside of the slab ? Looks like a dealer's label to me.

Yes, it's on the outside. The original PCGS label is inside, underneath it.

Yep dealers label, looks familiar but I can't place the dealer.
