new to coin collecting couple of my coins franklin half and 69 d 1c

Hi and welcome to coin talkI also like the franklin halfs and the new penny to me is hard to accept.Hope you find this site as helpful as i have.There are a lot of guys here that know a lot about most any coins you post.Iam here every morning.I try to do more reading than commenting here as i learn from others.Good luck and happy hunting

    Your 51-S Franklin is worth melt, or $11.77 at the close of the market today, and is second most common from 51 with San Francisco striking 13,696,000.

    The 69-D is very common, with Denver striking 4,002,832,200 billion that year, worth face.

    i didn't figure they where worth anything. the franklins special to my wife she found it when we tore apart a all aluminum 57 spartan camper that was made from air craft grade aluminum in tulsa oklahoma at the spartin aircraft school
