The top number in a BEP pack is ######01 and the bottom note is ######00. The sheets with the higher numbers are printed first and lower numbers are placed on top. The sheet with 00000001 is the last sheet of the first print run, not the first.
In that case, would the last note in this pack, starting with 00600701, be 0060060 or 0060080. Thanks.
