No, I think it more likely that the small bit of wire rim you mention was caused by misaligned dies, not too much striking pressure.
Well it only took me a few years but I sent the coin in today for certification. Went with anacs. I will let you know when i get it back what the grade is fastfun1111

No it is just the pic. It is just toned. Also sent an 1842 O quarter and a 1892 Columbian half in as well.
That is a very nice coin (prooflike and toned attractively), and I would send it to PCGS if I were you. I would expect a grade somewhere between AU 55 and MS 64, and I'll guess 63 because of some slight high-point rub.
