2 Contests+2 Prizes in one (Guess how many coins, and decoding contest)

Here we go. Mercs are in the mail, and on to the next contest. Up for grabs is a 1984-P Olympics 1oz Silver Commemorative coin PCGS-69. This will be awarded to whomever first guesses, or comes closest to the number of coins in the jar below. For this contest you are allowed 3 guesses. There is no need to PM, just post them below. The 2nd contest will be pretty straight forward, but not very easy. You must decode the message at the bottom of this post. The first person to decode the message wins the Morgan above. If after one week the message is not decoded, I will give the answer, and the prize will go into a later contest. I invite everyone to participate, and wish you all the best of luck. (I apologize for making adjustments from the previous contest).
